On both of my visits to see Ms SJ Hart at RLI recently I found her to immediately put me at ease and feel comfortable and confident I was in the hands of someone who fully knows her subject. Sarah has a very down to earth way of explaining in ordinary language making it easy to understand the delicate subject of urology and all aspects of the procedures involved and she was happy to take as much time as needed in explaining and answering my questions making me feel my visit was valued and important . I would like to thank Sarah and the rest of the urology team who dealt with my recent visits for an excellent service.

Ms Hart is attentive and reassures with confidence. She also listens to what I have to say and acts on it if necessary. I have full confidence in her ability to manage my Prostate cancer for the best possible outcome.

I have suffered from a sensitive and irritable bladder for many years. The symptoms have been worsening over recent years affecting my quality of life. I also have other issues with my prostate and bowel. Doctor Hart made me feel at ease and gave me plenty of time to explain my symptoms. She then recommended a plan which I am more than happy to undertake which included improving my hydration. To assist with this I now have a 2 ltr water bottle marked every 2 hours to ensure I drink evenly throughout the day. I was very impressed with the doctor, it was a very thorough consultation.
